The data is indisputable: Culture-first companies with diverse teams perform better. But in 2020, no HR technology was delivering the kinds of solutions Chief People Officers needed to deliver DEI-inclusive results embedded into their total unified people strategy.
CPOs reported spending hours each month interpreting and translating data reports. A diversity, equity and inclusion platform for HR was needed, and that is where we began our journey to found Included.
We set out to build software that embeds DEI metrics that matter into an end-to-end people analytics platform. As a founding team of technologists and DEI practitioners, we felt a strong pull to make something different, and we did. We’re here to help CPOs build people strategy that leads their companies into the future, and we hope you will join us on this journey!
