CPOs reported spending countless hours manually interpreting data reports. This highlighted the urgent need for an AI-powered people analytics co-pilot, and that’s where our journey to found Included began.
We set out to build software that seamlessly integrates actionable insights into an end-to-end people analytics platform. As a team of technologists and people strategy experts, we were driven to create something different, and we did.
